Standard Models

The “EPAT” series features standard models providing waste processing capabilities ranging from 55–2000 lbs/br (25-900 kg/hr). Systems can be configured for manual charging, batch cycle operation or with automated with hydraulic ram loaders and ash handling systems to meet a wide range of operational needs. Custom designs are also available to meet unique application demands

Model EPAT 0.3  

Provides .3 MMBtu/hr combustion capacity: 30-50 lb/hr (14-23 kg/hr) of average HHV of 5000-8500 Btu/lb wastes 

Batch Only Operation:  9-10 ft3 (208 L) per 4-6 hr. (Ships skid mounted & fully assembled)

Provides .5 MMBtu/hr combustion capacity: 55-85 lb/hr (25-39 kg/hr) of average HHV of 5000-8500 Btu/lb wastes 

Batch Operation:  .75 yd3 (.55 m3) per 4-6 hr. batch / Intermittent Feed: .5 yd3/hr (.38 m3/hr) up to 8 hrs/day

 

Model EPAT 1.0  

Provides 1.0 MMBtu/hr combustion capacity: 140-200 lb/hr (64-90 kg/hr) of average HHV of 5000-8500 Btu/lb wastes 

Batch Operation:  1.95 yd3 (1.5 m3) per 4-6 hr. batch / Intermittent Feed: .73 yd3/hr (.56 m3/hr) up to 8 hrs/day

 

Model EPAT 1.5  

Provides 1.5 MMBtu/hr combustion capacity: 175-200 lb/hr (80-115 kg/hr) of average HHV of 5000-8500 Btu/lb wastes 

Batch Operation:  2.4 yd3 (1.8 m3) per 4-6 hr. batch / Intermittent Feed: 1 yd3/hr (.77 m3/hr) up to 8 hrs/day

 

                            Model EPAT 2.0  

Provides 2.0 MMBtu/hr combustion capacity: 210-320 lb/hr (95-145 kg/hr) of average HHV of 5000-8500 Btu/lb wastes 

Batch Operation:  2.6 yd3 (2 m3) per 4-6 hr. batch / Intermittent Feed: 1.25 yd3/hr (.95 m3/hr) up to 8 hrs/day

 

Model EPAT 2.2

Provides 2.2 MMBtu/hr combustion capacity: 260-400 lb/hr (118-180 kg/hr) of average HHV of 5000-8500 Btu/lb wastes 

Batch Operation:  3 yd3 (2.3 m3) per 4-6 hr. batch / Intermittent Feed: 1.5 yd3/hr (1.15 m3/hr) up to 8 hrs/day

 

                            Model EPAT 3.0  

Provides 3.0 MMBtu/hr combustion capacity: 375-625 lb/hr (170-284 kg/hr) of average HHV of 5000-8500 Btu/lb wastes 

Batch Operation:  5 yd3 (3.8 m3) per 4-6 hr. batch / Intermittent Feed: 4 yd3/hr (3 m3/hr) up to 8 hrs/day

 

High Production Continuous Feed Stepped Hearth Systems             

Stepped Hearth primary combustion chamber systems with internal ash rams and ash discharge/collection systems to provide continuous feed operation.Systems available to process from 3 cu. yd. up to 6 cu. yd. per hour of mixed waste streams with an average gross HHV of 5000-8500 Btu/lb.
